An evocative, modern Italian concept brought to you by LUBUDS and Chef Ken Lau, Pleka marks the celebrity chef’s third Victoria harborside venture following Pano and Palco. The restaurant is set in a glass-walled venue in IFC, serving up a carnival of Italian-Japanese fusion flavors alongside grand-sweeping views of Victoria Harbor. Having previously honed his culinary skills at Verandah, Chesa, Felix, and Gaddi’s in The Peninsula, Chef Ken Lau does not shy away from innovation and bridging culinary borders, weaving a variety of modern Japanese influences is woven throughout the handmade pasta, seafood dishes, and other assorted specialties.
