” Yue” Officially Lands at The Chinese Banks’ Association in Central
The Cantonese brand ” Yue,” under the LUBUDS Group, has officially commenced operations in the heart of Central’s financial district. In partnership with The Chinese Banks’ Association, led by 18 Chinese-funded banks, it marks the opening of the brand’s second location in Hong Kong. Beyond serving club members, access is now, for the first time, exclusively extended to LUBUDS LUXE members.

“Yue” is led by Michelin-starred Master Chef Au-Yeung Chung Kei, who brings four decades of profound expertise in traditional handmade Cantonese cuisine. Adhering to the philosophy of “honoring tradition while embracing innovation,” Chef Au-Yeung meticulously refines time-honored delicacies such as abalone and fish maw, while seamlessly integrating premium ingredients and contemporary cooking methods into the Cantonese framework. Each dish is a masterpiece that embodies a dialogue between heritage and creativity.

Since its debut at Causeway Bay’s Times Square in 2021, YUE has earned numerous accolades, including its first recommendation in the Hong Kong Macau Michelin Guide in 2022, followed by a place in the South China Morning Post’s “100 Top Tables” in 2023. The restaurant has continued to receive Michelin recognition in both 2024 and 2025. Staying true to the principle of “seasonal eating,” YUE will craft exclusive seasonal menus tailored for members of The Chinese Banks’ Association, revitalizing classic Cantonese flavors with a fresh, vibrant energy alongside Victoria Harbour.
