As Hong Kong’s only nationally certified Sichuan cuisine experience hall, Chuan remains committed to delivering the most authentic Sichuan heritage. We not only serve classic spicy hotpot but also feature a unique beef offal hotpot, rigorously selecting rare steer beef available across Hong Kong, such as beef brisket navel, beef flank, and rib eye.
