Utilizing a shared kitchen and stoves, we present two distinct culinary arts, offering Hong Kong diners an unparalleled double feast.
As Hong Kong’s only nationally certified Sichuan cuisine experience hall, Chuan remains committed to delivering the most authentic Sichuan heritage. We not only serve classic spicy hotpot but also feature a unique beef offal hotpot, rigorously selecting rare steer beef available across Hong Kong, such as beef brisket navel, beef flank, and rib eye.
