The Queen (后園) is inspired by the historic 1881 Heritage, a Victorian-era architectural treasure that once housed the Marine Police Headquarters. Its enclosed courtyard reflects the design of a traditional Chinese siheyuan—symmetrical and private, safeguarding its residents (the queen) from outside intrusion.
Staying true to this historical and architectural inspiration, The Queen (后園) reimagines China’s eight culinary traditions using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world. Alongside its expertly crafted daily handmade dim sum and refined Cantonese specialties, the restaurant reinvents iconic dishes, seamlessly combining authenticity with modern techniques. Each plate delivers an elevated dining experience, celebrating the heritage and artistry of Chinese cuisine.
