Set along the legendary Cotton Tree Drive at The Murray, MIAN culls inspiration from the eight great culinary regions of China, crafting a unique fusion cuisine that plays on classic Chinese dishes with a creative spin. Renowned executive chef Ronald Shao designs the menu based on the philosophy of using the finest seasonal ingredients, offering an elaborate variety of fresh seafood, Cantonese dim sum, and other regional specialties.
Outside the restaurant is an al fresco seating area where guests can sip on refreshing Chinese cocktails while enjoying the tranquil, shaded atmosphere. Every year in late Spring, The Murray’s historical Cassia Javanica tree blooms in a vibrant show of pink and white, making for an awe-inspiring backdrop to your meal.
